The Citadel

This ancient structure was built on several floating islands amidst the skies of the planet Olympia. It draws power from a complex reactor which combines fusion and PPE energy into a unique substance dubbed Quintessence , which is capable of powering/recharging magical devices and constructs, techno-wizard as well as technological devices from any dimensional energy matrix.
Dubbed "The Citadel" by the Quiver Agents who discovered and then adopted it as their base of operations, its creators are a mystery, though it is believed that they are the same ancient architects who constructed the Rift Gate control station in orbit above Cerberus the moon around the planet Hades.
