Astral Elements

On the Astral Plane minds can create a form of energy (or matter), this energy is stable in the Astral Plane but unstable in the material plane. It is heavily associated with magic, going back to their greatest scholars being the creators of the Spellspire. Although often tied into the elements, psionics is not bound to them the way that magic is. Leading scholars to deduce that the elements exist as only a piece within a wider field of metaphysics.
