This magic item resembles a white feathered cape or cloak when not in use. When the command word, JUSTICE, is spoken (with the intent to transform the cloak) the cloak/cape transforms into a set of white wings affixed to the back of the wearer. The wings last 1 hour and grant the user a flying speed of 60 ft. After the wings return to cloak form it takes at most 12 hours for them to be able to be transformed again. (1d12 hours) When in cloak form, the item follows comic physics and will protect the wearer with its magical pseudo-life. The wearer is able to cast either mould earth or prestidigitation once per day.
