The Hidden Folk of the Woods

The Hidden Folk of the Woods are a tribe of intelligent humanoids that seem to have vanished hundreds of years ago. Formerly called The Cern'ai, which means "Children of Cern" in their native tongue, They were nature loving people that lived in the Duskfall Forest in the center of Lovria. Their ears appeared pointed and furry, and jutted horizontally from their heads. They lacked pupils, their eyes appearing white. Their stature was similar to a human, and their feet and hands had a layer of fur on their tops. They tended to be stocky.
Nobody knows what happened to the Cern'ai, and many today simply regard them as myth. But some claim to hear chattering and signs of habitation while travelling through the Duskfall Woods. A few even claimed to see vague outlines of humanoids fading in and out of sight.
