Tresendar Manor

A ruined manor on a hill overlooking Phandalin. Little more than crumbling walls and masonry still stand above ground. Below ground, most of the chambers still stand. A large crevice has opened up during The Sundering destroying a section of the basement.
In 584 A.S. the Manor had fallen under control of the Redbrands and Glasstaff. The Red Dragons were sent by Wynlana Hallwinter to investigate and clear out the Redbrands.
Upon returning from their sidequests, the party was given the manor as a reward and work was started on it to restore it. While staying there Flux finds a strange stone that the party places in a slot on hte surface that activates Rain
