Aurien Qinfana
The original Monarch of Neptis, who took power after she was voted into the office for so long most commoners took her power as second nature. She was an extremely benevolent ruler, and was thought of positively until she made one key mistake. During a bad harvest she asked everyone to ration, and this caused the starvation of hundreds of people, whereas the nobles could afford to trade outside Neptis, this was not true for the commoners. This caused a divide between the nobles and commoners and where Boram Jamir was said to have stepped in. Boram was a part of the clergy and promised the commoners of the land with a method of raising agriculture that involved the expedition of "focus" to help increase yield. The commoners were given items that blessed the land with the gods favor, and after several planting seasons the Qinfana family stepped down and the Jamir family rose to power. The Qinfana lineage kept their noble bloodline but were relegated to lesser lords.
