Quetzit
Quetzit are reptilian humanoids with feathers covering parts of their bodies, such as down their spines and around their necks, and on their wrists, ankles, and tails. Unlike Ceit, they do not possess poison glands, and also have legs. Stereotypically, they are seen as very serious and dutiful.
Age: Quetzit can live for around 80 years, and mature at age 20.

Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Constriction: You may use a bonus action after a melee attack on a creature of your size or smaller to hit the creature with your tail, causing 1d4 bludgeoning damage. You may choose to attempt to grapple the target instead of doing damage, and you have advantage on the check to do so.

This cannot be used for AOE effects. Once this has happened, the grappled creature may make a free attempt to release themself from the grapple. Tough Scales: Your Hit Point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level.
