- Privateer's Favor: As a group tactics bonus, grant group +2 to hit and save.
- Marshal of Forces: -50% recruit time and cost, can take the recruit action at any port.
- Militant Practitioner: +1 to AC and saves, all equipment auto-saves vs breakage.
- Weapon Master: Extra WP, halves training time, trained followers gain +2 to hit and damage.
- Captain's Favor: Country provides vessels and replacements, +50% hp for commanded vessel.
- Duelist: Extra WP. May enter Duelist Stance at will, gaining a +4 dodge bonus to AC vs a single chosen target designated during your turn.
- Leader's Expectations: Once per round, restore 10% hp upon being reduced to 0 hp or less.
- Armada's Fury: On your command, all damage dealt by friendlies below level 10 is doubled for 3 rounds.
- Crown's Champion: +1 base attack per round.
- Admiralties' Favor: Receive additional Fighter followers, all followers get bonus levels.
