Rebi
A junk-trader and tinker who lives in the lower levels of the Spire on Solace. She wears a suit of machinery that is probably armor. She's willing to trade and negotiate honestly as long as both sides "honestly" have guns trained on each other the whole time: As far as she's concerned, everyone's got an angle or a threat, and it's a sign of respect and honesty to make that threat visible rather than pretending it's not there (or that it's not already moving towards her back).
