The mysterious Queen of Curses appears as a cloaked woman with an abundance of spirit talismans wrapped around her and floating like tentacles. The ruler of Shadowcove in the Meridan Underdark, magical detection has indicated that she is very dangerous. She is a powerful figure in local Underdark politics.
She claims that all are welcome in Shadowcove. Whether this is true remains to be seen.
