Badaran Empire
The planet of Gorthdraec is the home of the evil Badarans, large jet-black-skinned humanoids (nicknamed bodybuilder drow by some) who have a planet spanning empire that has spilled out into Spelljammer. The Badaran Empire is Lawful Evil, and slavers, who act as the default 'law' in the Renedge system. Their world is a desert world (think Dune) most known for it sucking... literal moisture, stats, hit points and lives.
