5. Leader of the Party

NPC’s are more likely to pay attention to high charisma characters then low charisma characters. Having a face-man (or woman) is not a bad strategy. Player character party leadership comes with zero perks and no authority over anyone unless you get other players to agree to arrangement ahead of time (and even then, things could go off script fast).
