Introduction

Rose isn't too sure where she came from, only that she awoke one day in the wilderness at the age of 16. She eventually found and met Sunset Shimmer and essentially joined her small group through a few adventures. Slowly building up her own identity and gaining life experiences. After Sunset was banished she still journeyed with sunset for a time before setting off on a private journey at the age of 17 to the small town of Willow in attempt to find out about her past.
Sadly the journey ended up unfruitful and she eventually rejoined Sunny's side a year and half later at the beginning of the Zintamian war and joined Underground. For the next 7 years Rose stays by Sunset's Side and pieces together bits of her paste while also trying to undo a shadowy conspiracy and struggle with her own feelings and growing attachments to multiple people.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Rose is pretty average in terms of strength but she has much higher then usual stamina and a lot of Aura she can dive deep into for spells. Meaning she can run longer then the average fighter and can use absolutely ridiculous number of spells in quick secession before getting tired. She is also way more durable then one would think, able to withstand a fair bit more damage then the average Equine woman.

Body Features

Rose's build is generous but very balanced and there is little one could complain about. Her fur is average thickness and sometimes wishes it could be thicker even if it meant that she'd be hotter. She loves soft fur, what can she say?

Facial Features

Often described as having 'one of those faces'. By that I mean, very few people if ever remark negatively about her face and often praise it. Some nobles even think she's noble born before learning she doesn't have any known royal blood in her.

Physical quirks

Rose often holds her hands together a lot and can be seen frequently holding herself as if she needs a hug when someone isn't already hugging her.

Special abilities

As discussed prior, she is capable of using many spells in quick secession, it's possible that her ability to sense other people's emotions might actually be a special ability as is her durability.

Apparel & Accessories

Rose often when not on mission wears a lot of Dresses, skirts, blouses, sweaters and lots of very cute outfits. Most commonly she always has a scarf, no matter the weather or temperature. In most outfits she has a scarf and cuddles it regularly but especially does so after Twilight makes her one in book 8. When on mission she wears pants, jerkins, blouses, shoulder caps, hoods and stuff.
Her mission outfits are often more reminiscent of Guardian's apparel rather then anything else. Namely the hood, favoring red hoods because it reminds her of a long past Queen she admires, Rosaria.

Specialized Equipment

Scarlet Bloom

A Katana she gains during her first deployment as Underground while in Zintamia. She eventually customizes the Blade to have floral, namely rose engravings with a red gem and a set of red runes. The Blade is often considered a prototype of her personal Guardian Weapon. She is also exceptionally fond of katana's and fawns over her own sword regularly.

Rose has two modes, cute fluffy mode where she is the cutest girly girl in existence and then mission mode where she could be perceived as more 'Masculine' but this is just her being more serious and practical.

Education

Rose never officially got an education that anyone can tell but Rose displays advanced understanding of magical theory, physics and the likes to a point where it freaks her out when she just spouts a fact without even knowing how or why she knows something.

Employment

After leaving Sunset's side, she took up various jobs in Willow working as a Waitress, Retail Worker, receptionist, Smith's assistant, Library assistant and more brief jobs but the Job she enjoys most is Guardian work and was all to eager to get back to it. She was trained by Everence on various techniques and became a huge fan of the order. Even taking the oaths as a Tier 1.

Mental Trauma

Rose has the echoes of Trauma but only flashes of images and headaches every so often after high stress situations or triggers. She also suffers night terrors which only makes her search out context and information about her past. This can lead to her getting frustrated, nervous and anxious about people or about potential terrible events in the future. 
As such she often needs people with her and constantly needs at least some kind of noise. Unable to fall asleep in complete darkness and has trouble sleeping alone, often asking to sleep with close friends or partners.

Intellectual Characteristics

People often under estimate Rose as a simple, pretty girl but is actually far more clever and cunning then one would think. She's also incredibly emotionally aware and intelligent. Able to almost sense people's emotions and quickly deduce why. While this can upset her, she always somehow finds the courage to confront it. she's also very good at improv and is able to quickly invent a story and stick with it. 
Her plans are also sudden but often genius, though she doesn't feel the need to do this all the time.

Morality & Philosophy

In the short 3 years Rose was aware of herself and surroundings, she's gained a deep admiration for all the elements of Harmony. Seeing them as almost like super heroes and very much attempts to emulate them. Trying to embody all the elements in herself just to be a good person, which is the crux of her entire personal Philosophy. All expressed with a simple question 'Why do I need a reason to be kind?'

Taboos

Rose is a kind and accepting person which is exactly the reason she gets upset when anyone much less people she loves de-value themselves or think badly of themselves. Often expressing either frustration or sadness when she hears it. She wants people to care about themselves and to her, when they hurt themselves it hurts her because she loves and cares about them.

To put things simply, Rose's entire, and I mean entire motivation is two things. She tries to help as many people as she can in whatever way she can Next? Is solving the mystery of herself. Where did she come from? Why is she here? Who are her parents? Does she have any family left? The pursuit of answers and connections is major contributing factor to her determination.
