After the Bombs fell, there was a lot of fighting that took place, mainly between random insurgent groups of varying variety with very little coordination. Often using outdated weapons, such as Un-upgraded AK47s versus Government Combat Bots with reactive shielding.
  Despite the Tech Advantage, the Government struggles to restore order, and cities like Houston Texas burn to the ground before there is even an inkling of order. The government response was also very often harsh and violated various Standards and would be considered Genocidal by the Governments of the past.
  House allowed for various extreme policies to be enacted, which included public Hangings, beheadings, mass firing lines, and even BBQ Executions which is when Government forces would bake Insurgents on streets alive for people to see and fear.
  By 2039, Major Rioting had subsided due to a lack of Grass Roots support, a lack of international support and finally lack of Internal consistency. Allowing the Neo-Democratic Government to stay in power and instil paranoia into the Populace about insurgents and their intentions.
