While Food Banks are still run by the Federal Government, the Suppliers are all owned by companies and they choose to turn the valves half shut on dozens of places throughout the Country to ensure that people are forced to buy from their Supermarkets for the maximum prices the Price caps can allow. This disables the Positive Impact Foodbanks can do, limiting the options for the average person but the Scale of Poverty was not yet out of control despite the high numbers of Poverty and therefore the worst consequences had yet to form.
