SCOTUS Rules Freedom of Religion Not Supported by Constitution

Controversially, the SCOTUS filled with House Allies and Sycophants Ignored literal printed Word and ruled that Religious Freedom is not covered under the First Amendment. They did this basing their opinion on the fact that Religion had been used to subvert Government and the People quite often throughout American History and therefore as 'Patriots' Religions like Christianity, Judaism and Islam were not protected by the US Constitution and their treatment and conditions will be handled by the Commonwealths which owe absolute fealty to the Federal Government who is heavily run by the Executive Branch.
  As expected Rioting did occur as a result of this ruling but Many Americans were afraid to contradict Henry House at this point, not wanting to be accused of Sedition and having their rights taken from them.
  As a result, the Riots did not stop the incoming wave of Persecution innocent people were about to suffer.
