American Military Forces Fully legalized on US Soil

SCOTUS hears Various challenges to the legality of US Forces being deployed on US Soil so liberally with so many ongoing campaigns with seemingly no end and various reports of Brutality and Violence being raised, however, due to the Late Stage Corruption of the US Government, SCOTUS gives their ruling that the Indefinite State of Emergency is Justified and that US Forces are fully recognised by SCOTUS to be conducting wholly legal operation on US Soil, even as US Military Equipment is being used to kill other Americans and bomb Cities as well as wage continued reckless wars against neighbours and Geopolitical Enemies.
