The Requirement to Spy on Citizens is Reduced in the US

The already low requirements for Surveillance are further diminished with Intelligence Agencies given a Blank cheque to freely spy on anyone for any reason they deem appropriate. Privacy is basically no longer a concern, Cameras can even be placed in Bathrooms so long as they're hidden. All Information is also accessible to Government Agencies without any sort of restriction or consideration. Even Rich Citizens cannot prevent the Government from looking into their history, creating the presence of an All-Seeing-Eye which helped keep the Country obedient to Henry House.
