Dream Roses
Dream Roses are a species of non-sentient plant life that exists in the Forest of the Lost. They appear as a bush of white roses that emit a very strong sweet scent around them.

Dietary Needs and Habits
Dream Roses are unique in that they feed of the blood of living creatures. However, as they are incapable of quick movement, they emit a chemical into the air that causes vivid hallucinations of a creatures ideal life. While under the influence of this chemical, the creature essentially falls into the bush to experience more of the hallucinations, allowing the Dream Roses to drain the blood of the creature over time, turning the roses red. Only once the roses are red are they able to be pollinated and can reproduce. Insects seem to be immune to the chemical.
