High Magic

Devoting themselves to endless researching the Realm of Magic along with the raw power that can be pulled from it, High Mages are products of countless hours studying magic and the Realm itself. Most will study multiple traditions, but High Magic is the core foundation to all other arcane traditions, save for the Outsider's Mark. Large academies are built throughout the Realm, and in Ascaria, the largest academy is located in Megara. These academies may differ in teaching methods, but will still hold true to the core belief of High Magic: magic is the ultimate tool and should not be misused or looked at as only a weapon. 
(Benefits, arts, and spells are unchanged except for the following, see book page 66) Elemental Blast (page 77, under Elementalist) can be taken by High Mages except it is named "Force Bolts" and instead of a blast of elemental energy it is a blast of raw magical energy condensed into bolts.
