In the majority of the worlds, the greatest physicians found the connection to the Realm of Magic overwhelming and discovered methods to incorporate magic into their work. While not all will incorporate magic, those who do are often regarded in higher regards than those who refuse it. Granted there are many physicians who simply lack the connection to the Realm to derive the energy in order to fuel magic.
