Appointment of Annabelle Catcott to Grand Cordon

This decree appointed Annabelle Catcott to the position of Grand Cordon, the highest ranking member of the Church of Usurpation.

After Grand Commander Annabelle Catcott's successful siege Cantia she forced a Treaty of Surrender from Grand Cordon Lurio Crito 3rd that would appoint her as the new Grand Cordon.

Appointment of Annabelle Catcott to Grand Cordon

To all members of the Usurper's domain I, Grand Cordon Lurio Crito 3rd, from this day forth forfeit all honors, titles, and assets granted upon me by my station. I shall no longer claim any customs or courtesies previously granted by my rank within the Church. I have failed to maintain the ability to thwart any perspective challengers with regards to my station, territory, and political power. From this day forward I am banished from the Church of Usurpation and territory under the possession and/or governed by the Church.
The station of Grand Cordon shall not stay vacant nor shall their be any competition to determine the next in line. As part of a Treaty of Surrender signed by my own hand I appoint Grand Commander Annabelle Catcott to occupy the position of Grand Cordon. By her grace alone shall I, Exile Lurio Crito 3rd, conduct a Change of Command prior to execution of my sentence. Upon completion of the Change of Command all honors, custom, courtesies, and titles are to be rendered to the newly appointed Grand Cordon.
If Grand Cordon Select Annabelle Catcott is unable to attend the Change of Command for any reason I will resume command of the Grand Cordon station till her arrival, confirmation of her death, or any other extraneous circumstance that would result in sudden relief of station.
