Raynard Verris is a member of Envenir's noble houses and holds the position of Minister for Trade and Commerce. He is highly influential with many people wishing to have positive relations with him in order to gain certain benefits he could provide.
Minister of Trade and Commerce
As would be expected of a minister for trade, Raynard is incredibly wealthy. He gained this wealth by making smart business investments and this talent eventually was recognised by the Queen, who offered him the position of Minister for Trade and Commerce. This position has come with many responsibilities and thus keeps Raynard busy. It also makes him very popular, with many times over the years him being on the receiving end of attempted bribes shady deals. He has worked closely with Oldovar Sunblade and has seen to it that all these bribes were dealt with by law, and that his reputation remains intact.
Interactions with The Nameless Ones:
Raynard Verris met The Nameless Ones during the royal garden party in Envenir at the Pride of the Dawn festival. He played a game of cards with Yippity Snotklor and instead of playing for gold, chose to play for information on Silas Fantur. Yippity told what he knew and Raynard approached Silas, discussing his lineage as a rare Astral Elf and stating that he has always been fascinated by them. When the party was disrupted by rioters, Raynard fought them with great efficiency.
