Karstol Keep

Karstol’s Keep is the primary barracks and governmental building in Karstol. It is home to Karstols Keepers, a mercenary guild who act as a guard force for the free city, keeping some semblance of order. Any who cause trouble in the free city are likely to see the courthouse or the dungeon.

Founders

The Keep and the Keepers were founded by Goldy "The Grin", a cunning halfling who rallied the mercenaries and tired soldiers against bandits, setting the law in the ungoverned lands. These laws are not strict, but they function for the safety and trade of the city.
