Belegar is the owner of The Wanderers Rest Inn alongside his wife Zenab in Karstol.
In his youth he made a living as an adventurer and eventually retired as an inn keep in order to share stories and help upcoming adventurers make a start.
He once worked alongside The Mythmakers on a quest, a fact he will tell anyone who'll listen.
Interactions with the Nameless Ones:
Belegar's inn was the meeting place for the nameless ones. He helped them form as a party and pointed them in the direction of work. He had been housing Rupert Penspoon Kensington in his inn for a few months before this.
