Old Wizard's Tower

This was clearly meant to have been a nod to Azalin, so I'll correct things back. "Khazan" is indeed Azalin Rex and, when not studying under Strahd, he would experiment and practice here until he left the land for his own domain of Darkon. Recently, Rudolph van Ritchen and Ezmerelda D'Avenir have been it as a safe house and hub for their activities in Barovia.
Things to remember:

• There's an antimagic field surrounding the tower with a radius of five feet. Only Azalin's magic works inside it.
• There's an undead head of a Vistana named Yan on the fourth floor. He's a bit panicky.
• They've been there, I believe (I can't remember what party it was...)

Purpose / Function

Secondary base and place for the hunters to be.

Alterations

After the good doctor began teaming up with The Alchemist, the tower was fully repaired by local workers.
