Conjunctions
A side effect of the ever approaching Grand Conjunction is the presence of many smaller ones appearing at random, causing the powers of the Mists to go out of control in a small area. Usually, this shows as small groups of creatures being brought in suddenly and briefly in areas that had never seen such visitors before. Other examples of these "Minor Conjunctions" include impossible weather, eclipses, and slight bending of the laws of magic and physics.
