Theodore "Teddy" Colson is a man in his early 50's or so, with a wiry build that belies his remarkable agility and speed. Standing at around 5'10", he has a slight frame that might initially seem unassuming, but his piercing blue eyes hold a spark of determination and confidence. His slightly greying hair is tied in a poney tail, which falls out from under his wide brimmed hat, with a bushy mustashe that seems to be both incredibly stylish and bothersom as his nose twitches constantly.
