Emmetts parents were an elven woman and a human father.
Corrupt city guards saw them enter a city tavern together and fraternizing and so chased them down to their home which they burned to the ground.
Emmett came home to his decimated cottage and parents slaughtered.
Clutched in his mothers hand was a soldier's brooch bearing the sigil of the thirteen thrones.

Education

Growing up within the church under the guidance of Freya Mourn, he has read the scriptures of Ioun and Corellon and believes that he is destined to lead his people into a new age.

Mental Trauma

Death of his parents at a young age.
