Faerie Fever

Several varieties of biting insects in Rakvalinor can spread faerie fever. The disease takes 1d10 days to incubate, followed by 1d6+4 days of symptoms. Symptoms include bioluminescence, fever, chills, fatigue, aches, and nonvisual hallucinations.

Hazards

While a creature is symptomatic with faerie fever, any attack roll against that creature has advantage if the attacker can see it, and that creature can't benefit from being invisible.
A character symptomatic with faerie fever who doesn't rest during the day risks gaining a level of exhaustion.
