The Guardian's of Il'Mondum
The Guardian's of Il'Mondum have been tasked by the Great Council to uphold the Pact of Il'Mondum. They are to ensure that all Elven and Dragon Artifacts are collected, catalogued and disposed of from across the world. This is to ensure that none of these dangerous artifacts are able to be used by the populous. They are also responsible for ensuring those using or corrupted by these artifacts are dealt with.
Specialist units of Guardians use magical flying ships to quickly navigate around the world. They are the only ones with access to this technology and it is kept secret from the rest of the world. The ships have the ability to cast large illusion's on its self to either blend in or be hidden as needed.
Rules of the Guardians:

- No Guardian may own or knowingly use any artifacts themselves, or face death.
- A Guardian cannot leave an artifact in the possession of anyone, except themselves for transportation for further investigation or destruction, at any time.
- Those seen to be helping or aiding others with any of the above actions are also subject to the same rules.
- Deal judgement fairly to all races and inform the Great Council if anyone in particular is willing acting against The Pact.
- Respect the authority of the leaders of the people and act in a way that represents Guardians favorably at all times, unless any of the above rules are broken.
- Guardians have free reign to act as they see fit in all situations providing they are able to justify the actions that they undertake to their superior. If an action cannot be justified then the Guardian will face death.
- At all times uphold the above rules to ensure that no one person can benefit from the artifacts of the past.
