The Free Cities

Located in the continent of Tarador are 5 free cities. All governed by a King or Queen, each free city is an entity all of it's own and welcomes all those who wish to earn a living through work. An uneasy alliance exists between the 5 cities however they are always at war with each other, not with swords, instead with commerce.
