The First Gijy

Four years after the arrival of the Wumirru Humans on Quilela, the very first of the Gijy species was born on 27th of Virrobar, 414 BFW. By this time, much of the continent of Elyara had already been brought to heel, with Wumirru nobility standing alongside those of original Elyara, whether those of Elyara liked it or not. During this time, the Human Wumirru noble Riil Sol had assembled a harem for himself, consisting entirely of Ruridai women. One of these women was named Inih. These women were not captives in any sense, but were paid well for their services. At the time, it was commonly thought that a Human could not impregnate a Ruridai, and a Ruridai could not impregnate a Human. Nothing like this had ever been seen before. When the mother, Inih, gave birth without any sign of being pregnant, the child was named Dhaeba Sol, inheriting his fathers name, despite being bastard born to a lowly whore. Fearing the response of other nobles to this birth, Riil Sol immediately put his infant son Dhaeba Sol into hiding at Talons Hook, and took Inih as his noble wife, despite her low birth and status of a whore. He did this to ensure Dhaeba Sols future legitimacy as his heir.
