Tali's Land Purchase

During an auction at the Feather and the Scale, Tali was able to procure a parcel of land in the Southern District of Fallmouth. At the time of purchase, Welcome Tasks did not know much about the city and was unsure what to do with their land. Sitting on the western side of the district and between the market square and Mystra's Artistry, there is potential for a large amount of foot traffic that would pass by their property.
Eventually it was decided to build a rather elaborate structure. It is to be a courtyard house with the front end serving as some kind of store front and the back end serving as living quarters. What will be sold out of the store is unclear as none of our adventures possess marketable skills other than perhaps sell-swords. They are a clever bunch though, so surely they will figure it out.
A lot has changed since the initial plans were laid out. Certainly our heroes would consider accommodations for their new companions like Aglizzy and Gimble, or even look to additional rooms for the teleportation magic both Malikae and Melkor now possess.
In any case, even though Tali was slain before the house's construction, he most likely would be happy that his friends put his purchase to good use.
