Rowan Walsh

More commonly known as “The Drake Pirate”, Rowan is a former exile of the empire who was shipped across the sea. Life in Fallmouth was not what she envisioned for herself, and broke away to start a life of piracy. As her title suggests, she commands lesser aquatic dragons known as drakes to weaken cargo vessels before her raiding party boards the ship. She is ruthless and feared by all those who do business with the empire or wave the flag of Dol Dorn Haven. As a wanted criminal, she cannot port in Fallmouth, and instead docks in her own refuge, the Benthic Cove.
Rowan is one of the first people Welcome Tasks ever interacted with. When the party’s ship sank in the Aegir Sea, it was her vessel that rescued them as they drifted among the flotsam. She strong armed the party to assist her as they owed her their lives. In return, Welcome Tasks promised to find a way to remove the magical brand that all exile bare on their hand.
