Brands Upon Former Prisoners

Each prisoner who is shipped across the Aegir Sea is branded on their right hand before their journey. This marking serves as a reminder that the individual may not return to the mainland.There is a strong pull of multiple classes of magic intertwined with the mark and any attempt to heal, remove, or mask the brand have been unsuccessful. The brand takes the shape of a crescent moon with five rays pointing away from the moon, clear iconography of the god Dol Dorn. Within this symbol is the letter "P" to simply denote prisoner.
Malikae and Saepe have successfully gotten the brand removed thanks to the help of Lorescale, but there still remains some vestigial magic remaining.
