The Amar-Amal Windworks
The Amar-Amal Windworks is a coastal artisan district situated in eastern central Abul Urud along the southern shore of the Gulf of Alsharaq. The seaside portion of the district is built within tunnels bored into the sandstone and salt landscape. These tunnels are designed in such a way that coastal winds are concentrated into massive furnaces used for blacksmithing. Time at the forges is traded among the most skilled artisans in the Qirish Sands so much that tradition has formed and "Amar-Amal" weapons and armor are highly sought after.
