Pelor
The Sun King
Considered the Prime Deity of all Humans, though he was not a Creator, Pelor is widely worshipped across the world by almost all cultures. Even races with their own prime deities (such as the Dwarves with Moradin ) pay homage to Pelor.
Pelor was once a mortal, believed to be the first half-elf. During a time when the elves and humans were engaged in a brutal war, this child of both races brokered a peace arrangement that lasted around 300 years. Seeing his dedication to peace, two of the Elven Gods granted him the power to become a deity (the Rite of Deification), and he became the first deity from the mortal world. Many would follow in his steps, but Pelor is recognized as the first and arguably the purest to take up the mantle of godhood.
His main temple is located in Cliffholt .
