Salifi the High Sister (A.K.A. Witch of Dunefal) is the most powerful water mage of the kingdom. Through divine intervention she was chosen by the Jewel of the Unending Spring to receive some of the jewels power to create and control water at a level never seen before. As the most powerful water mage in the kingdom she trains all of the potential wives and concubines of the Player One so that they will not only provide protection but also a means for Player One to have children if he so please.
The secondary goal of the high sister is to enforce Imperial Law. She is able to do this with her magic and control of all water created by the Jewel of the Unending Spring throughout the Empire. Should any kingdom within the Empire refuse to follow imperial law that she is able to cut off all water supplied to the kingdom and even drain ponds and storages.

General Physical Condition
She is skinny with dark ebony skin and typically in revealing traditional garb. She has golden tattoos painted in dots around her body. She has horns which grew slowly over the centuries.

Salifi is a longtime friend of the Skyrim Family of the Elven Imperium. She is considered to be the adopted daughter of High God Craven Skyrim and therefor the great aunt of the Imperial Family. Many generations of the imperial family have kept close ties with her even seeking council or spiritual guidance.
Family Ties
Salifi has rarely mentioned her biological family and there is a chance she did not known her biological parents. She has on occasion mentioned her adoptive father who was an abusive man that sold her into prostitution as a young girl. She spent most of her childhood and young adult life in human brothel in the Elven Imperium. She considered the other women and girls her sisters. While she does not often talk about these times she will if asked about her early life. Mentioning the prostitutes Julies, Dleanden, and Versehel as the closest thing she had to a family in her early life.
It wasn’t until she was freed by revolutionaries of human right that she met Ethrose her first husband. She would eventually have two children with him one of which died of a plague along with Ethrose. She would later become leader of the Human Rights Revolution and become the adopted daughter of High God Skyrim and Final Heir of the Elven Imperium. Later she would be granted the Divinity and immortality along with the right to rule the Mankind. She would decline ruling causing her divinity to be split into Player One. From here she would eventually outlive her child and unfortunately see the end of her lineage when her great grandchildren four generations later would be killed in a Sand Orc Raid during the War of Whels.
Recently she is considered the Goddess of all water and the Brothers and Sisters of Dunefal are considered the children of water. This would make them her children according to their faith. She has adopted children over the years but considers this to be more of a service to accomplish the will of God. The most recent of these adopted children is Martian Salifi a man that was gifted with exceptionally long life by unknown means. Martian Salifi worships his mother as the true High God and considers her to be the true ruler of man. Martian was named the Champion of Tactics which he hopes bring honor to the name of Salifi and will often use his wealth to buy her gifts and spread her teachings.
Social Aptitude
While she may appear cold and distant, she typically is very charismatic and talkative. She loves to share her now thousands of years of experience and due to the Jewel of the Unending Spring has maintained both her personality, sanity and memories. While she is aware current social aptitudes she refuse to act like someone she is not around people just because of title or nobility. She treats everyone with kinship and as if they have known each other for years. This has made her stand out among the normally uptight rulers and representatives during banquets and other high end social or political gatherings.

Salifi has no direct wealth having given up all of her personal belonging and attachments to commun with the Jewel of the Undending Spring centuries ago. Her care is provided by the Empire much like Player One.
