The Sunlen Kingdom
The Sunlen Kingdom has existed for the past 500 years. It is a sovereign nation positioned west of Bheid and east of Canar. The country is ruled by a constitutional monarchy and is largely under the control of an outside entity known as the Silveisean Empire. The country's ruler is known as the King or Queen of Sunlen, and the throne for the kingdom sits in Veneta.

They use copper, silver, and gold coinage. The coinage system divides into golden casks, silver puncheons, silver cades, and copper terces. The terce is the lowest form of currency taking 24 terces to equal 1 cade. Cades are the most frequent form of currency used. It takes 7 cades to equal a puncheon. It takes 9 cades to equal a cask.
Legislative Body
Before a law can come to pass in the Sunlen Kingdom it must be ratified by the Masked Lords unless the law is an edict handed down by the Silveisean Empire.
Judicial Body
Although the Silveisean Empire has the ability to pass law without needing authority from the Sunlen Kingdom, it is the official position of the ruler of the kingdom to interpret the law and see that this interpretation is fulfilled to their best understanding of the law.
Executive Body
The Silveisean Empire has supplied the kingdom with its own Silveisean Justiciar. This individual enforces the empire's rule of law as well as any subsequent laws created by the monarch. In most cases it is empire rule which supersedes that of the monarchy.
