Akari's younger half-sister. She's an inspector for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. She's a kind and fair person, with a strong sense of justice. She knows about Akari's work as a mercenary, and though she understands the necessity of the job, she dislikes it due to the danger it puts Akari in, not to mention the types of jobs that her older sister takes. That being said, she loves Akari and wants the best for her. The feeling is mutual, as Akari has made attempts to elevate Ciel's position in the police department, via connections. However, Ciel wants to work her way up the ranks honestly, and has refused Akari's attempts.
