Thael

Thael is a medium-sized, spherical rocky planet in the Milky Way with a pair of icy rings. Thael is home to multiple intelligent races, primarilly elves, dwarves, and orcs. The largest city on the planet, Cascadia, was a marvel of modern magic, reaching far into the theoretical and practical limits of the arcane arts. It took part in The Merge, forever altering the course of the planet.
