Qualities

These are qualities that can be applied to Moves, Weapons, Armor, or Talents.  

Passive Ranked Qualities

These qualities are always active.  
Slow-firing X
Must wait a number of rounds equal to its rating to be used again
Limited Ammo X
May only be used a number of times in an encounter equal to its rating
Inaccurate X
Gain b equal to ranks
Accurate X
Gain b equal to ranks
Vicious X
Add 10 times the rating to Critical Injuries inflicted
Pierce X
Ignores Soak equal to rating
Prepare X
Must make a number of Preparation Maneuvers equal to its rating in order to use
Recoil X
Deals an amount of Wounds to its user equal to it's ranks
 

Activated Ranked Qualities

These qualities must be activated by spending a a  
Ensnare X
Inflicts the Immobilized Status a number of rounds equal to its rating
Disorient X
Inflicts the Disoriented Status a number of rounds equal to its rating
Stun X
Inflicts Strain equal to its rating
Trap X
Inflicts the Trapped Status a number of rounds equal to its rating
 

Activated Ranked Qualities

These qualities require their rating number of a to activate.  
Knockdown X
When activated target is knocked Prone.
Push X
When activated target is knocked to Short Range away.
 

Passive Unranked Qualities

These qualities are always active.  
Superior
Adds a to all check results, increases base damage by 1, or increases defenses by 1
Inferior:
Adds h to all check results, decreases base damage by 1, or decreases defenses by 1 (or soak if no defenses)
Stun damage
Inflicts its Damage as Strain instead of wounds (soak still applies)
 

Actived Unranked Qualities

These qualities must be activated by spending a a
Sunder
Increases the Damage rating on an item by 1 when activated
 

Damaging Qualities

These qualities must be activated by spending a a  
Chain X
May cause a hit on up to X different targets as long as they are within Short Range of each other
Blast X
Deals its rating in Wounds to all creatures within Engaged range
Short-Blast X
Deals its rating in Wounds to all creatures within Short range
Burst-Fire X
May cause a hit on a number of creatures within Engaged Range up to its Rating
Linked X
May generate an additional hit on same target.
 

Move Qualities

These qualities affect Moves and are always active  
Blessing
Shares its effects with the entire team even if user is Incapacitated
Dash
Cannot be used while Immobilized
Double Strike
Move makes 2 separate attacks
Execute
If the target is hit they are instantly brought to 100% of their Wound threshold and are Incapacitated
Exhaust
The user is Immobilized and Disorientated during their next turn. Cannot be used if the user has used a Maneuver or Action this round
Friendly
Does not hit allies
5 Strike
Deals a number of hits equal to the amount of [gensysdice:advantage] spent (up to 5 hits)
Ground-source
Ignores defenses provided by Cover
Hazard
Creates Cover and other effects
Powder
Has no effect on Grass-type pokemon
Priority
The Move may be used to cause the user to act in the first Initiative Slot for this round as long as the move is the first action taken during its Turn. This does not reset the Initiative Slot for the subsequent rounds.
Smite
When the attack misses it still deals Wounds as if it were Resisted 1 Step further
Sonic
Ignores the effects of Substitute

Inflicts 1 stage of the Burned Status Effect
Freezing
Inflicts 1 stage of the Frozen Status Effect
Paralyzing
Inflicts 1 stage of the Paralyzed Status Effect
Poisoning
Inflicts 1 stage of the Poisoned Status Effect
Fatiguing
Inflicts 1 stage of the Sleep Status Effect
Confusing
Inflicts 1 stage of the Confused Status Effect
Cursing
Inflicts 1 stage of the Cursed Status Effect
Attracting
Inflicts 1 stage of the Infatuation Status Effect
Suppressing
Inflicts 1 stage of the Suppressed Status Effect
