Pokemon Trainer Types

Since the Detant was signed, only selected members of society are allowed to use pokemon.

Detant Knights

Detant Commanders - The highest ranked PokeKnights responsible for ensuring the laws of Detant are upheld. They are given access to every land in Erde

Detant Captains - A PokeKnight assigned to a particular area in Erde. They are allowed to travel anywhere within that area to ensure that the laws of Detant are being followed.

PokeKnights

PokeKnight General - The highest ranked PokeKnights of their Kingdom. Responsible for granting the title of Champion PokeKnight to those they deem worthy.

Champion PokeKnight - A PokeKnight who has earned the honor of fighting to gain foreign lands in the name of their kingdom. These are known as Detant Battles and wars.

PokeKnight Pilgrim - A PokeKnight who has been granted permission to travel in a foreign kingdom. They are not allowed to participate in any Detant Battles for the duration of their stay. They are also normally restricted to 1 foreign pokemon upon entry, though they are allowed to bring back any they capture in the foreign land.

PokeKnight Captain - A PokeKnight who is in charge of a single court. Defeating them in an official battle or challenge will reward a PokeKnight with a token unique to the court (similar to gym leaders)

PokeKnight - An official combatant who has earned the right to defend their kingdom in Detant Battles. They travel their kingdom testing their skills, finding and capturing pokemon, and helping their sworn lord.

Squire - An acolyte Knight. They are given license to study pokemon and use the pokemon their master PokeKnight grants them. They are normally assigned in groups to travel the lands fulfilling the requests of their master.

Pokemon Trainers

Breeder - Is allowed to raise and breed pokemon

Groom - Is allowed to care for others' pokemon (feeding, grooming, healing)

Instructor - Is allowed to train pokemon moves, and battle in sparring matches only

Hunter - Is allowed to battle wild pokemon for capture

Guard - Is allowed to battle using pokemon to keep order within their kingdom

Scholar - IS allowed to use pokemon to study the world and other pokemon. Can battle wild pokemon and other trainers
