Mem
This ocean planet was colonized by the Hegemony for almost one hundred years before deep-water aquatic xenos made themselves (and their planetary claims) known. Hegemonic forces broke the Memish military and incorporated them into the Hegemony. Exploration of Mem has proven difficult due to the free-standing gravity wells deep beneath the waves.

- Bok-Dar is an ancient Memish city located deep beneath the ocean.
- Espa Nur is a Memish labor boss, his scars packed with deep-ocean bioluminescence.
- The Jewel is an upscale club. Membership is both exclusive and expensive, and considered a mark of exquisite taste by members of high society and Noble Houses.
- Manta Base is an island research station run by the Cult of the Seekers. Overseen by the Memish researcher Qulocct.
- Victor Kromyl is the Planetary Governor, never traveling without his Legion bodyguards.
- Wyndam Taru Zahn: A biology researcher with several published but widely scorned articles seeking a connection between the Mem and other planetary life.
