Rite of ascension

A procedure that decides how the great houses of the Union are structured, either by replacing the house of Victorious sun or by being demoted o a lesser noble house, and therefore being replaced.
The rite has 2 seperate variations.
The Rite of the Sun: This is the Occassion in which the standing of the House of victorious Sun is decided.
The Rite of the Moon: This is the Occassion in which the standing of the Greater Noble Houses is decided.
