0 - Lullaby
Transmutation Cantrip
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Components: S, V
Duration: 1 Round
Choose a 3-foot radius area within range. Living creatures within the area hear an enchantingly melodic lullaby and must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, the creature is unaffected by this spell but becomes startled. On a failed save, the creature becomes drowsy and has disadvantage on Intelligence (Investigation) and Wisdom (Perception) checks until the end of its next turn.
At 5th level the creature has vulnerability to sleep spells until the end of its next turn; while vulnerable, the creature only counts half of its current Hit Points to determine whether it is affected by a sleep spell and the radius extends to 10 feet.
At 11th level using a sleep inducing effect on a affected creature causes it to fall unconscious even if it is immune against sleep effects and the radius extends by another 5 feet.
At 17th level the effect extends to the deeper essence of a being and it can affect even constructs, undead and similar normally unaffectable beings (how exactly these beings are affected is up to DM discretion) and the radius extends to 20 feet.
