Cold Iron

The folk of the Otherwyrd know it as Haearn'Oer. They hiss at its mention through their teeth, and spit its name in fear and disgust.

"Cold Iron" is not a single substance, but rather a collective term to describe metals that invoke an unnatural fear in the inhabitants of Ysgarth according to the mythology and folklore of Prismaria.
Metals described as "Cold Iron" are notably metals that lacking in the Twilit Realm, particularly iron, copper, tin, lead, silver, and gold. Many alloys of these metals are also included by the term, including bronze, brass, steel, and electrum.
