Speed Demon
Little is known about the creature known as Speed Demon except that he was once a human who made a deal with the previous Speed Demon to become the fastest being on Earth. Now he has to make deals for other souls in order to free his own from the demonic agreement. He does this by organizing illegal street races and making deals with racers who "will do anything" to win. Being around the street races also allows him to feed off and store kinetic or speed energy.

Special abilities
Speed Demon is able to steal kinetic energy (speed) from a target, effectively freezing them. They are also able to impart speed, and not necessarily the ability to control it. In addition, they can use up stored speed energy to move at unbelievable speeds.
They are also able to create deals for a person's soul.
