History
Bwahoki was once a African village that thrived for a few hundred years. In the year 529, a witch named Umama Obeah came into their village. The witch asked for some of their precious Bwahokin Metal in return for a book of magic. The village reluctantly agreed but only on the condition that they would receive the book first to prove it's validity. Umama agreed and gave them the book. The elder of bwahoki at the time ordered that it was real, but she couldn't possibly get it back due to the power that the book possessed. The elder came to her and said that they would come find her on the first day of winter and they'd have enough metal smelted for her. She agreed and went off into the jungle. The first day of winter came about and the Bwahokins had forgotten about their deal because they had spent the entire summer studying her book, which they now dubbed The Book of Bwahoki. In mid-winter, the witch came into the center of the village and made a huge scene so all of the people would come out. The elder approached her and said he forgot about their deal, asking for more time. The witch responded by saying "You forgot? I'll make sure you never forget again." She then levitated into the air while casting a spell. The soldiers tried to shoot her out of the air, but their arrows would stop in the middle of the air. Suddenly, everyone in the village starting screaming in pain as they grew into monstrous elephant like creatures. The witch, laughing maniacally, flew into the woods, never to be seen again, while the Bwahokins exiled themselves for over a thousand years due to their shame in their appearance.
